HKFoods Plc has published its Annual Review 2025. The Annual Review includes a summary of the year 2025, the Report of the Board of Directors and the Financial Statements, as well as the Corporate Governance Statement and the Remuneration Report. The Report of the Board of Directors includes the company’s Sustainability Statement in accordance with the ESRS standards.

HKFoods has published the Financial Statements in Finnish as an xHTML file in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In line with the ESEF requirements, the Consolidated Financial Statements have been tagged with XBRL characters.

The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has issued an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on HKFoods Plc’s Finnish ESEF Financial Statements. The assurance has been completed in accordance with the international standard on assurance engagements ISAE 3000.
